These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WordCraft Tech website and any services, packages, digital products, or subscriptions provided by WordCraft Tech.

By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing a package, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

WordCraft Tech provides website design and development, SEO, graphic design, digital marketing, CRM integration, SMS marketing support, automation setup, and related digital services.

The exact scope of work for each project will be described in the proposal, invoice, order page, checkout summary, or service agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of a business or organization.

3. Orders and payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or written approval, depending on the agreed process.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and project information.
  • If payment is processed through a third-party provider such as Paddle, you must also comply with the provider’s buyer terms and checkout terms.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or outside our service scope.

4. Scope, revisions, and approvals

  • Each package includes only the features, pages, and revisions stated in the proposal or checkout summary.
  • Extra work, additional pages, or new features outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
  • Delays in feedback, content delivery, or approval may extend the project timeline.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, branding assets, login access, and approvals needed to complete the project.

You confirm that any text, images, logos, videos, or other materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.

6. Intellectual property

  • Once full payment is received, the client owns the final custom deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • WordCraft Tech retains the right to use non-confidential project work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • Third-party tools, plugins, fonts, stock media, and licensed resources remain subject to their own license terms.

7. Website content and third-party services

Your website may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, email platforms, CRM tools, and analytics services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Some purchases processed through Paddle or another payment provider may also be subject to the provider’s refund and dispute procedures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordCraft Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or make access or communication impossible.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
